1 November, 2017

We are delighted to announce that the popular Scottish Model Airshow raised an incredible £1000 for Kilbryde Hospice this year!

Following on from the spectacular 2017 event, representatives from the Large Model Association and Scottish Aeromodellers Association, visited Kilbryde Hospice to present a cheque donation. A group of  Airshow organising modellers, together with Dave Johnston, the Chairman of the Large Model Association and Willie Jack, Deputy Chairman of the Scottish Aeromodellers Association visited us, to present the cheque to Joe Lowe, Kilbryde Hospice Director and local councillor, and Karlyn Robertson, Kilbryde Hospice Fundraiser.

Karlyn said: “We are so grateful for the support of the Scottish Model Airshow team – the £1000 raised will make a big difference to our charity! We would like say a huge thank you to everyone who attended the event this year, and of course to the dedicated team of organisers for their generosity.”
