Kilbryde Hospice are a hosting a future staff and volunteer recruitment event on Wednesday 16th September from 4pm until 8pm to let people know the different roles they will be needing support with as their hospice services expand over the next 6 to 12 months.
A presentation will take place every hour on the hour to provide an update and then various staff and volunteers will be on hand to chat to about the various roles on offer.
The staffing posts which will be available in the future, include nursing positions, administrative posts, cook and kitchen staff as well as recruiting for their flexibank.
The hospice also wouldn’t be able to continue to run without the fantastic support from volunteers. On the night an update on existing and upcoming volunteer roles will take place. Some of the roles the hospice are looking for volunteers to help with include ward support volunteers, laundry assistants, kitchen and cafe assistants, volunteers to assist with cleaning, gardening, hairdressing, administration, patient transport and many more including helping with their fundraising activities.
