Tai Chi involves gently generating and feeling the energy through movement. The slow, controlled nature of the practice means the entire body is worked safely and effectively. Tai chi is also very much a mindful activity which helps with attention, focus, and memory as well as having a wonderful calming effect on our often very overactive minds! Participants are encouraged to do as little or as much as they are comfortable with; sitting or standing whichever suits best. Drop In Tai Chi at Kilbryde is open to all people with a life-limiting illness. Our class runs Wednesday from 1245- 1330. No need for referral. Ask at reception.
