Raising Funds for Kilbryde Hospice
Kilbryde Hospice services are free to the individuals, their families and carers who need our support. We currently receive some NHS funding towards our day hospice services, but mainly rely on the generous support of the local public who help us bring in the funds required to keep our vital services running.
It cost £4 million to build Kilbryde Hospice and every penny was raised by local individuals, schools, groups and companies. When fully operational the hospice will cost around £2.5 million per year to run.
Whether you are a sole fundraiser, a community group, a school or a company, there are so many ways that you can support Kilbryde Hospice and help the people of South Lanarkshire receive the best possible hospice care when they need it most.
We can advise on what type of fundraising you might like to undertake, offer a trained speaker to chat to your group about our work, provide you with fundraising materials including Kilbryde Hospice sponsor forms, t-shirts, collecting cans and posters and give you plenty of support and encouragement throughout.
Once your fundraising is complete we always like to say ‘thank you’ in person, so why not invite our representative to come along to meet you, accept your cheque and take a photo of you for our social media pages?
