The team at Kilbryde feels like a family, with every staff member taking great pride in the work they do. We have a common goal across the organisation in working together to provide specialist palliative care to the communities of South Lanarkshire and to ensure the best support possible is provided to our patients and their families/carers.

For all successful applicants, the Hospice carries out a number of recruitment checks. These include two references, proof of qualifications, professional registration, pre-employment occupational health checks, and for roles working with children and vulnerable adults a Disclosure Scotland PVG check.

Our committed staff at Kilbryde Hospice provide high quality compassionate care for patients, carers and families. As well as our healthcare professionals, we have a varied team of individuals who work across the hospice to support our clinical services team and to ensure that we meet our fundraising targets.

Our clinical team are experts in the delivery of specialist palliative care. The team includes registered nurses, clinical support workers, an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, pharmacist and dietician. Our non-clinical team includes: fundraising, retail, catering, housekeeping, accounts, reception, facilities and administration staff. Each staff and volunteer fulfils a vital role in the running of Kilbryde Hospice. We are all small parts of a wonderful team.
