Burns Night 2017 Success

24 January, 2017

What a ball we had at our 2017 Burns Night!

Our Burns Night took place on Friday 20th January at the Burnside Hotel, and saw us enjoy a fabulous evening of Burns entertainment and a traditional Scottish ceilidh.

We would like to express our thanks to our entertainers for the evening, including:

Keira and Ben, our wonderful speakers from Calderwood Primary School who treated us to a few recitals of their favourite Burns poems.

Matthew and Calum, our talented musicians, and Luke who delivered a fantastic recital, all from St Andrews and St Brides High School.

Ian and Louise Lightbody who provided lots of laughs in their Toast and Reply to the Lassies.

And of course Calm Doon, our wonderful ceilidh band who kept the dance floor busy until the small hours!

Thank you so much to everybody to contributed to our Burns Night and of course to everybody who came along on the evening to join in the celebrations. Roll on next year!
