Local celebrities Robert and May Miller and Mark Swift (A.K.A Cheri Treiffel), recently visited Kilbryde Hospice for afternoon tea, to celebrate their latest fundraising total for Kilbryde Hospice.
May, Robert and Mark are the organisers of the popular annual Gay Ball in Glasgow, with hundreds of people attending this spectacular night out. Over the years, through the Gay Ball, they have raised an incredible ยฃ92,000 for the hospice! They havenโt stopped there either, and Kilbryde Hospice will be the main beneficiary of the Gay Ball 2018, on the 29th January.
Husband and wife musical duo Robert and May Miller have been longstanding supporters of the hospice for the past few years, and regularly donate Roberts popular artwork to auctions at Kilbryde Hospice events, as well as providing the hospice with some fantastic paintings to display across their building, which are all very popular with their patients.
When visiting the hospice recently, May Miller said: โWe are delighted with the total raised for Kilbryde Hospice. We are all very passionate about the cause, and hope to raise even more for the hospice at our next event!โ
Fundraising Manager Lesley Wiggins shared: โIt is such a pleasure to work with Mark, May and Robert, and we are overwhelmed by the amount they have raised for our small charity. The ยฃ92,000 will make a huge difference to Kilbryde Hospice, and we are so grateful for their support and dedication.โ
