Kilbryde Hospice welcomes Dr Lisa Cameron MP

9 December, 2016
This morning, we were delighted to welcome Dr Lisa Cameron MP to Kilbryde Hospice to meet some of our team and to accept a generous donation of £150.
After meeting a few of our board members and senior management team, Dr Cameron spent some time meeting with our Care @ Home Specialist Nurse, Sine MacDonald and our Day Services Manager, Lynsay Bain before chatting to some of our patients in our wellbeing group. Dr Cameron was eager to visit the hospice and learn about our services during Pancreatic Awareness Month, and so today’s rescheduled visit allowed her to do just that in meeting with our care team and our patients.
We wish to thank Dr Cameron for taking the time to visit and have a tour of Kilbryde Hospice, and also for very kindly donating £150 that was given to her in thanks of her speech at a recent doctors’ conference.
