Retail Statement

24 October, 2019

We rely on the generosity of the local community to donate good quality, saleable items for our shops to sell to raise money to deliver hospice care. We would like to say a MASSIVE Thank You to everyone who has donated to our Kingsgate Store since we opened earlier this year.

Unfortunately despite the hard work of our staff and volunteers we are overwhelmed with donations and unable to store them, therefore for a short period of time we are unable to take any further donations.

If you could spare a few hours to help sort ‘back of house’ then please ask a member of staff for more details.

Our two stores in East Kilbride Shopping Centre and Hamilton New Cross Shopping Centre will still take small donations.

Please contact the shop on 01355 202020 in advance if you plan to make any large donations requiring collection as we need to ensure there is sufficient space to accommodate these safely for our volunteers and staff.

Please do not leave donations outside the shop.

Contact us now on 01355 202020 or info@kilbrydehospice.org.uk
