Towards Independence class made a very generous donation to Kilbryde Hospice!

26 March, 2019

We would like to say a huge thank you to the Towards Independence class at New College Lanarkshire (Motherwell campus) who made a very generous donation of £100 to Kilbryde Hospice!

The enterprise class made and sold Valentine’s cards and cupcakes. With the money that they earned, they went to Ikea to buy frames and made over 45 Mother’s Day gifts which they sold around the college. With the left over money after their kind donation, the class plan to have a very well earned party! Our Assistant Fundraising Manager, Karlyn, was delighted to be invited along to the class to meet everyone and hear all about their efforts.

Thank you so much everyone!
